Orthopedic Institute is Oklahoma City’s most comprehensive musculoskeletal care center. Our specialists provide total orthopedic care, rheumatology and pain management services. If I Am Scheduled For Therapy, How Long Will My Therapy Session Last?
It will depend on your condition. We will spend as much time with you as needed in order to maximize your recovery. It can on average last from 45 minutes to one and a half hours.
How long will I have to go to therapy?
The duration of treatment is prescribed by your physician, according to your individual needs.
What if I live out of town and have to drive quite a distance for treatment?
We try to accommodate each individual’s needs and schedule. We will work with you to develop a plan that will meet your rehabilitation needs. We treat individuals from all over Oklahoma and even out of state.
What is an EMG?
EMG stand for Electromyogram, which is a diagnostic technique used to test if signals are getting from the nerves to the muscles.
