Clinic Hours & Operations

Our clinic hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may schedule your appointment by calling during these times at 405.631.4263.

Our friendly staff will be glad to help you choose your doctor and schedule an appointment at a time convenient for you. Depending on your insurance, you may need a referral from your primary care physician (PCP). In this case, please feel free to talk with us and then ask your PCP to refer you to the doctor you prefer. When calling to schedule your appointment, please have your insurance information available.

Please make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment. If you cannot, 24 hours notice is greatly appreciated. We make every effort to maintain an efficient schedule. However, circumstances that require extra time for proper treatment do arise. If you have to wait, please be assured that we will take as much care with you when it is your turn.

Routine questions about your condition or treatment are best answered during office hours when your medical records are accessible. If you have a question between appointments, your doctor may be with a patient when you call. In this case, the medical assistant will get the message and confer with the doctor. The medical assistant will relay instructions to you or have the doctor return your call after his appointments.

Emergency/After Hours Care is provided at the Hospital for Special Surgeries 24-hour Emergency Department. You may reach us by calling 405.631.4263.

Insurance and Billing

An insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company that it will pay certain amounts for medical care that you receive. Professional services are rendered and charged to the patient, not to the insurance company. You are therefore responsible for payment of your account, regardless of the status of your insurance claim.

If your insurance company has not paid any amount after 30 days from the date the claim was filed, a minimum payment of 20% of your total bill must be made each month until your insurance has paid. Any overpayment will be refunded.

Payment for Services

It is our policy to require payment for all services at the time the services are rendered. This means we ask you to pay for your portion of the office visit, X-rays, splints, etc. at the time of your visit.

Our business office will handle your insurance paperwork. If you have any questions, please feel free to discuss your bill and our fee schedule with us.
